- Made from 100% Cabernet Franc that were cold soaked on the skins to extract extra color and flavor, and then cold fermented to add flavor and aroma.
- The appearance is a pink-orange that is bright and nearly translucent. The aroma is very citrusy with lots of grapefruit and nectarine in the aroma.
- The wine has a very pleasant and light mouth feel with good acids that fade slightly. Stronger alcohol presents towards the back of the palate making this very dry refreshment. Chill for optimal enjoyment.
