By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ALCOHOL PURCHASES

By accessing this website or purchasing wine from us, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age
You are legally permitted to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages in your jurisdiction
Any person receiving a shipment of wine is also at least 21 years of age

We do not sell or ship alcohol to persons under 21. Any attempt to purchase alcohol in violation of applicable law may result in cancellation of the order without refund.

Valid government-issued identification may be required upon delivery.

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & COMPLIANCE WITH ALCOHOL LAWS

All wine sales and shipments are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. We do not ship wine to all states or jurisdictions.

You are responsible for ensuring that wine shipments are legal at your selected delivery address. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any order that cannot be legally shipped.

An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. Failed delivery attempts, reshipment fees, storage fees, or returned shipments due to inability to obtain an adult signature are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 3 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including where we believe an order may violate applicable law.

You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

All products are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.

We reserve the right to limit sales by person, household, or jurisdiction, change prices without notice, or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Alcohol sales are generally final, except where required by law.

Certain exclusions apply, including for weather-related damage, as described in our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitzvah Wine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased.
