Due to the nature of alcohol sales and applicable regulations, all wine sales are generally final.
However, refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging in order to process a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Weather-Related Damage
Wine may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. As noted in our Shipping Policy, MitzvahWine.com is not responsible for heat or cold damage when a customer elects to ship during extreme weather conditions. We may hold shipments or recommend weather-safe shipping options to help protect your wine.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please contact us at use customerservice@mitzvahwine.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review the request and respond promptly.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.
